About Eggsports
Eggsports is a calm fitness companion for women in every phase: the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, postpartum and menopause. There is no failing.
Eggsports is a somatic fitness companion for women. It helps you move, or rest, in a way that fits the phase your body is in: the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, postpartum, or perimenopause and menopause.
Why Eggsports exists
Most fitness apps measure how hard you pushed. Streaks, strain scores and closing rings reward the days you did more and quietly punish the days you did less. A body that changes from week to week deserves a better question.
Eggsports asks what your body needed today, and rewards you for listening.
There is no failing
Each day begins with a short check-in: about 45 seconds of taps, no typing. How did you sleep? Where are you holding tension? How is your heart? Then you choose one of four intentions.
| Intention | For the days when | What it grows in your garden |
|---|---|---|
| Strength | you feel strong | Summer sunflowers |
| Rest | you need stillness | Winter snow |
| Release | you want to let something go | Autumn leaves |
| Patience | you are growing slowly | Spring buds |
Whichever you choose, you earn an egg. A rest day earns exactly the same egg as a workout. After the check-in you can move with a guided practice or rest with a guided breathing session, and either way counts.
There are no streaks to break. Nothing wilts when you miss a day, and your eggs keep hatching while you are away.
The garden
Each egg lands on a tile you choose in your garden, a small island. A few days later it hatches into a flower of its season: sunflowers for Strength, frosted pines and snowdrops for Rest, maples for Release and blossoms for Patience. Common eggs hatch in 2 days, rare ones in 4 and golden ones in 7.
There is one garden, and it is yours for life. It starts with nine tiles and unfolds new land as it fills. A month of mostly rest leaves a snowy corner; a strong month fills with sunflowers. Most months are a mix, because most bodies are. Nothing is won and nothing is lost. The garden simply shows what your body needed.
Four phases, one companion
- Menstrual cycle. Movement that follows your energy through the cycle, without assuming every cycle lasts 28 days.
- Pregnancy. Steady, safe strength for a changing body, with clear rules for each trimester.
- Postpartum. A gentle return, step by step: breath, pelvic floor and deep core first.
- Perimenopause and menopause. Strength and balance for healthy bones, and calm for hotter nights.
You can change phase whenever your life does. If a pregnancy ends without a baby, the app offers its own quiet path, never postpartum content.
Safety before everything
Every movement passes through phase-specific safety rules based on published exercise guidelines. During pregnancy and after birth, movement only opens once you confirm that your doctor or midwife has cleared you to exercise. Until then, the app offers rest and gentle mobility. The warning signs that mean "stop and get help" are always one tap away.
Eggsports is wellness, not medicine. It isn't a contraception or fertility tool, and it never predicts ovulation.
Privacy is a feature
Your body is your data. In the app, your health answers are stored under a private pseudonym, separate from your email and identity. The key that connects them is kept apart from the health data and used only by our own servers. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
On this website, the free tools run entirely in your browser, so nothing you type into them is sent to us. Visits are counted without tracking cookies. The privacy policy, linked at the bottom of every page, explains the details.
What you can use today
The app isn't out yet. Today, eggsports.org offers:
- Free tools that answer questions such as which phase of your cycle you're in, how many weeks pregnant you are, or whether you're ready to return to exercise after birth. A good place to start is the energy calculator.
- Articles for each of the four phases, with every claim linked to its source. Our editorial policy explains how they're researched and kept up to date.
- The waitlist. Confirmed members get their first year for $29.99 instead of $39.99, redeemable from launch day until 30 days after launch.
Everything is available in English and in Portuguese (Portugal).

Frequently asked questions
Who is Eggsports for?
Eggsports is for women aged 18 and over who want to move without pressure, in whichever phase their body is in: the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, postpartum, or perimenopause and menopause. You don't need to be sporty, and rest is always a valid choice. Each phase has its own safety rules.
Can I download the Eggsports app yet?
Not yet. The app is being built for iPhone and Android. Join the waitlist and confirm your email, and we'll write to you on launch day with your founding-member code.
How much will the Eggsports app cost?
The annual plan will cost $39.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial run by the App Store or Google Play. The monthly plan will cost $7.99 a month, without a trial. Your store shows the price in your own currency, and confirmed waitlist members pay $29.99 for their first year.
Do I need a smartwatch or fitness tracker?
No. If you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, Eggsports can use your sleep, resting heart rate and HRV to shape each day's practice. Without a wearable, your check-in answers are enough.
Is Eggsports medical advice?
No. Eggsports is a wellness and mindful movement companion. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it isn't a contraception or fertility tool. Always talk to your doctor or midwife about exercise, especially during pregnancy and after giving birth.
