Each day you check in, choose an intention and earn an egg whether you train or rest. You place each egg on a tile of your garden, and a few days later it hatches into a flower of its season. Your garden grows for as long as you use the app.

No. If you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, Eggsports uses your sleep, heart rate and HRV to shape each day's practice. Without one, your check-in answers are enough.

Nothing bad. There are no streaks to break and nothing in your garden wilts. Your eggs keep hatching while you are away, so there is something new waiting when you come back.

No. Eggsports is not a contraception or fertility tool. It uses your cycle only to shape kind, appropriate movement for the day.

Your health answers are stored under a private pseudonym, kept apart from your name and email, and are never sold or used for advertising. You can download or delete everything at any time.
